Prof. Mohan Jacob visited the Inter University Centre for Nanomaterials and Devices (IUCND), Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), on 9 February 2026. The Research Committee members of IUCND had a productive interaction with him to explore avenues for strengthening collaborative research with James Cook University (JCU).

He also held detailed discussions with Honey John’s research group, and it was mutually decided to submit a SPARC project proposal in the area of triboelectric nanogenerators for biomedical applications. Accordingly, the proposal was submitted on 15 February 2026.
